Going

You better keep going on.
When you up in church the pastor sings your favorite song.
And you can't even sing along.
You better keep going on.
When the pain hurts so much.
That you just want to feel Christ touch.
You better keep going on.
When you haven't prayed for weeks.
And you know that your flesh is weak.
You better keep going on.
For a long time you haven't read bible scriptures.
And the truth no more like it use to doesn't hit you.
You better keep going on.
When you feel trapped in sin.
And you think God is going to give you up.
If you do it one more time again.
You better keep going on.
When you have enemies who threaten your life.
Just cause you're being obedient to Christ.
You better keep going on.

You say that you're done?

Have you heard that well done yet?

There is no time to quit.

Now is not the time to stop.

Keep going you aren't through.

God is not through with you.

He is going to complete what He started in you.

Since the day He saved you and paved for you that road.

That He desired to be more intimate and His glory you can behold.

So what about the past are you trying to hold?

That was old this is new.

God knows what He is doing to.

You have enemies?

God will see you through.

You have sin?

God will deliver you.

You're in pain?

God will comfort you.

There isn't an excuse to give up.

God has given you the strength to live up.

Who He wants you to become.

God will renew your desires.

He will give you the heart of a burning fire.

I know that we get tired.

Even in witnessing we get past due.

But if God says preach the word in out of season.

Then that's what we are suppose to do.

Your own strength can't get you through.

We need Christ to walk with us to.

While having true friends in Christ who love you.

Who will always tell you like it is.

Even if you hate what they have to say.

You don't see the light at the end of the tunnel?

Your life is a maze?

You try to focus but in front of your view is haze?

Stop focusing on the physical fix your gaze.

Those who believed though they have not seen.

Can walk with Christ with their eyes closed.

And still follow Him in the darkest of days.

Yes we do stray.

Sometimes it's tough to read our bibles.

Some days we don't even want to pray.

I use to think that would never be me.

Look how my pride got in the way.

I pray I don't fall next and by God's side walk away.

The blessings and this work schedule won't get the best of me.

Sometimes the blessings God gives can easily distract me.

I know I have struggles but to keep them isn't my destiny.

I can make time to pray and read my bible.

I'm going to keep going.

Within my own heart there is going to be a revival.
